Process & Discount Opportunities
New for 2025, The Inspired Home Show has moved forward the Space Application process, which began on March 5, 2024. This change was made to improve efficiencies throughout the application and space assignment process.
There are three Space Application classes, two of which offer discounts off of the regular 2025 space rate:
Advanced Application — Early Payment (CLOSED)
STEP 1: Complete a signed Space Application no later than March 26, 2024
STEP 2: Pay the full balance due for space no later than July 8, 2024
BENEFIT: Receive a $1.00 / ft2 discount off of the Regular 2025 Space Rate
AVAILABILITY: IHA Members only
CHANGE REQUESTS: Allowed
Early Application — Early Payment
STEP 1: Complete a signed Space Application after March 26, 2024 but no later than July 8
STEP 2: Pay the full balance due for space no later than July 8, 2024
BENEFIT: Receive a $.50 / ft2 discount off of the Regular 2025 Space Rate
AVAILABILITY: IHA Members & Non-members
CHANGE REQUESTS: Allowed
Regular Application — Regular Payment
STEP 1: Complete a signed Space Application after July 8, 2024
STEP 2: Pay the full balance due for space before space assignment
COST: Pay the non-discounted, Regular 2025 Space Rate
AVAILABILITY: IHA Members and Non-members

- Regular 2025 Space Rate (Non-members) is $43.00 / ft2
- Cancellation Deadline is August 30, 2024 for full refund of booth space fees. IHA membership is not refundable.

NEW CONFIGURATION INSPIRES ENERGY & EFFICIENCY
Buyers and sellers can explore three primary expos – dine + décor, clean + contain and wired + well, bringing all of the industry’s core categories into a central location on Level 3 of the North and South Buildings. A fourth expo, International Sourcing, is located on Level 1 of the North Building.
