What are the dates of The Inspired Home Show in 2026?

The dates of the 2026 Show are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, March 10-12.

This is the first time the Show will shift to a mid-week pattern. After surveying participants, this is the scenario that best meets exhibitor and attendee needs.

Is there an increase in space rates for the 2026 Show?

No, space rates for members were initially held at the 2025 Show level. The Tariff Relief Program announced on July 1 actually lowers the space rate for members by $4.00 / ft².

What is the Tariff Relief Program?

To support the industry and provide relief to members due to the ongoing tariff situation, IHA is pleased to offer members a $4.00 / ft² discount off of 2026 space rates.

What Space Rates, Payment Options and Refund Options are Available for IHA Members?

Space Rates, Payment Options and Refund Options are dependent on the type of application received.

 

  • Advanced Application
    • Signed up by March 14, 2025
    • Payment Option 1 – was $23.50 – now $19.50 / ft2
      • Includes $4.00 Tariff Relief discount
      • Includes $1.00 Advanced Application discount
      • Pay by July 21 (extended from July 7)
      • Cancel by August 29 for a full refund
    • Payment Option 2 – $19.50 / ft2
      • Includes $4.00 Tariff Relief discount
      • Includes $1.00 Advanced Application discount
      • Pay 50% by August 1 and 50% by September 30

What are the 2026 Space Rates for Non-Members?

Early Application – Sign up by July 21 (extended from July 7) – $43.50 / ft²
Regular Application – Sign up after July 21 – $44.00 / ft²

I’ve already submitted my space application – can I still receive the $4 discount?

Yes – if you have not yet paid, your invoice will be updated; if you have already paid, you will receive a refund.

How do I go about getting a refund for the discount if I have already paid?

IHA will contact you directly via email with the next steps to process the appropriate funds.

Do I have to be a member to receive the $4.00 / ft² discount?

Yes, only members can receive the discounted rate.

What are IHA membership fees?

2025 / 2026 IHA Membership Fees remain unchanged from 2024 / 2025.

    • $1,000 for companies with less than $10M in annual sales
    • $2,000 for companies with more than $10M in annual sales
    • Full benefits and details on these and other IHA membership classes can be found on the IHA website.
    • IHA membership is non-refundable
What if I want to exhibit at the 2026 Show but am unsure of my location or size of booth? How should I proceed? Do I still quality for a discount?

If you want to exhibit at the 2026 Show but have questions about your location or size of your booth, whether that be expansion or reduction, you should still submit the signed space application AND note your desire for change. Provided IHA receives the signed space application and payment(s) by the cut-off dates, the discounts will still apply. During the space assignment process, it will be important for you to work closely with your IHA Sales Manager to ensure that your requests are met.

What space rate will I pay if I don’t submit a signed space application and / or submit full payment by the deadline dates?

If a signed space application and / or the payment for space is not received by the Advance of Early deadline dates, Regular 2026 Space Rates will apply. The $4.00 / ft2 Tariff Relief discount applies to all member rates.

What are Corner Charges for the 2026 Show?

Corner Charges for the 2026 Show remain unchanged from 2025.

    • $450 per corner
What happens to my seniority number if a cancellation takes place?

Keeping or forfeiting seniority depends on the refund:

    • If IHA retains money paid for space originally reserved for the 2026 Show and the amount owed was paid in full, then the seniority number is retained for one year.
    • If IHA does not retain money paid for space originally reserved for the 2026 Show or if the amount owed was not paid in full, then the seniority number is forfeited.
How do I submit a Space Application?

Please access the Exhibitor Portal to complete the Space Application.

My company didn’t exhibit at the 2025 Show. Can I still take advantage of the Advanced and /or Early application discounts?

Yes, any company that submits a signed space application and makes full payments by the deadline dates qualifies for discounts, dependent on membership class. In fact, the earlier we know of your intention to exhibit, the earlier you will be assigned, which translates into securing a more desirable location.
